Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days where items are unused, in original condition and packaging. Some exclusions apply including live plants and sale items.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
